Earlier today Blue Line Construction wrapped up a 2 layer roof tear-off on my house. As an ASHI Certified Home Inspector for 16 years, I was very picky on the quality of craftsmanship on this project. I see too many roofs that are really lacking in this area. So I was up on the roof at the end of each day (only 3), looking at and taking pictures of the progress. A lot of the critical aspects of a reliable Roof, is the stuff you can’t see when it’s done. So I was really concerned about how well they were installing the underlayment, ice/water shield, and what kind of attention they were paying to the nailing patterns of the shingles. But with Blue Line, there was zero nagging on my part, all this was done with professional craftsmanship that made me proud to call this mine. Their attention to detail exceeded even my expectations.
Shannon Brown, was prompt to connect with me on the quote and verify details like colors and upgrades. The crew showed up on time, every day, and worked straight through this job until it was done (started at noon on a Monday, done before close of business on Wednesday). These guys were polite and respectful to me and my property. They also did an amazing job of cleanup and ensuring nothing got damaged.
I also had the opportunity to meet the boss Amil a couple of times as he checked in on the project. At the end, I had a nice opportunity to chat with him and learn more about his integrity and his company. Because of all of this, I have the full confidence to recommend Blue Line Construction to my friends, family and clients.
